Ingredients: Inulin (from chicory), coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan capsule shell), 1.5% Bifidobacterium longum (microencapsulated), 1.5% Bifidobacterium breve (microencapsulated), 1.5% Bifidobacterium lactis (microencapsulated), 1.5% Bifidobacterium bifidum (microencapsulated), 1.5% Bifidobacterium infantis (microencapsulated), 1.5% Lactobacillus rhamnosus, 1.5% Lactococcus lactis, 1.5% Lactobacillus bulgaricus, 1.5% Lactobacillus casei, 1.5% Lactobacillus plantarum (microencapsulated), 1.5% Lactobacillus salivarius, 1.5% Lactobacillus paracasei (microencapsulated). Produced and bottled in Germany without any additives.

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules daily as needed, unchewed, with plenty of liquid. The capsules can be taken either together (morning, midday or evening) or at different times. The capsules are most effective when taken 30 minutes before a meal.
Note: Contains fructose from inulin - people with fructose intolerance should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
