Frequently asked questions about our shop

GMO Free means without genetic engineering. All of our products are GMO Free, meaning they are produced without genetic engineering.

You can find the product properties directly in the product description. Here we indicate whether a product is vegan or vegetarian, as well as whether it is gluten and lactose free.

The time of taking the capsules can be chosen individually. Some people tolerate them better if they are taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Others prefer to take them at lunchtime on a full stomach.

There are exceptions for the following products:

Products containing zinc should be taken on a full stomach.

Products containing lactic acid bacteria should be taken on an empty stomach.


Dividing the dose into separate doses (e.g. one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening) may improve availability for some people.

In general, it is recommended to gradually increase the amount of capsules (e.g. if you have a daily dose of two capsules, take only one capsule for the first three days and then increase the dose to two capsules).

If a product is removed from our range, it disappears completely from the product overview. As long as you see a product, it is still in the range, but it can happen that it is temporarily sold out if demand is high. Here you can be automatically informed when the product is available again. To do this, all you have to do is follow the instructions on the product detail page under the point: "Inform when product is available again".

Once an order has been paid for, we generally ship it on the day of payment or the following working day.

Delivery within Germany via our shipping service providers currently takes between 1-5 working days.

Delivery outside of Germany via our shipping service providers currently takes between 3-8 working days.

Up to a gross goods value of EUR 43.99, the shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 4.50. If the gross goods value exceeds EUR 44, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

We ship with DHL.

The shipping costs to EU1 (Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland and Austria) are a flat rate of 8.99 EUR per order.

The shipping costs to EU2 (France, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal and Spain) are a flat rate of EUR 9.99 per order.

The shipping costs to Int. (Switzerland) are a flat rate of 14.99 EUR per order.

We ship with DHL.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.

Ideally, please store in a cool, dry and dark place. Also keep out of the reach of small children!

The expiration date is located on the bottom of each can. If you cannot find it, first look at the outer packaging (folding box) of the product. For liquid products, the date is sometimes also on the label.

FürstendMED® products are produced in Germany.

The best before date (best before date) of our products varies. Most products have a shelf life of at least 12 months (unless we explicitly state a different date on our website). We are constantly producing new goods, so most products have a shelf life of more than 12 months when they reach you. The best before date is on the bottom of each can. If you cannot find it, first look at the outer packaging (folding box) of the product. For liquid products, the date is sometimes also on the label.

There are various possibilities in this case. The DHL/DPD courier will put a card in your mailbox stating that your package has been left with a neighbor. Sometimes a package is also left with a neighbor without leaving you a card. In this case, your neighbor will usually come to you. Another possibility is that the DHL/DPD courier will try to deliver the package to you again on another day. Another possibility is that the DHL/DPD courier has left your package at the nearest post office. Here you will receive an information card for collection and it will be stored there for about 7 days.

After we have sent your package, you will receive an email from DHL/DPD containing your package number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to see the current location and the planned delivery date. If your package has not moved for 7 days or has not arrived, please contact us, preferably by email. We will then take care of the case for you.
